Overview of SteamyMatches
Steamymatches.com is an adult dating site for hookups, online chat, or real-life dates. This site is pretty busy, and there are often new members showing in results and Suggested Flirts. This site contains ads in the pages and affiliate links in the Live Cams and Sexy Games Tabs. I like the layout of the site and the features. I prefer this one to some others because it does have so much activity and a steady influx of new faces.
Using the Site
Dashboard: This is where you can get to the features you’ll use all the time. If the site overwhelms you, or you can’t remember where your suggested flirts, updates, or settings are, start here.
- Post Updates– This is like other social media sites – post and read updates. More exciting or engaging updates generally get more attention, replies and profile views.
- See New Members– See who’s new on the site.
- See Activity- The box at the top of the home screen shows the activity of other members on the site.
- Access Settings– Click on the arrow next to your screen name to access a quick menu and settings or account information.
Search Tab: This tab lets you search members by age, location, online status, and whether they have photos.
Chat: Chat with other site members. You can only message with other Premium members if you have paid for a membership.
Play: View member pics and rate them.
Live Cams Tab: Clicking on this tab will open a new window for an affiliate site with live cams and chat.
Sexy Games Tab: This is another affiliate link for live cams or XXX games.
Searching is a simple process. You can put in the location and age range you’re looking for and specify if you want someone with photos or who is Online Now. Many of the profiles are Premium Members. You can only interact with paid members if you have also joined as a Premium Member.
When you view a profile, you can see basic info. If you are a premium member, you can see all of that member’s shared pictures, message members directly from their profile page, and view their bio and info.

SteamyMatches.com has a free membership that lets you see photos and use basic site features. If you want to do more than that, view all the pics, chat with anyone you want, or the better features, you have to sign up and pay.
Pricing and Features
If you are only looking for a one-month membership to try the service out, you can choose the monthly billing option. If you know that you will want to use the site for more than one month, you should consider getting a longer-term membership plan because the price is much more affordable. I personally think that $30 for one month is outrageous, but $15-20 is reasonable. The drawback to that is that the longer commitments require payment up front. My least favorite feature of this site is that the only payment method currently available is debit or credit cards. They are billed discreetly, but so many dating sites offer payment methods that don’t require linking to your personal accounts, eliminating the paper trail.

The help and support desk for this site is easy to find and use. They can help with issues ranging from tech problems to privacy issues, and everything in between. Click on “Help” at the very bottom of the screen, it will take you to a FAQ page that lists common questions. If you can’t find the answer, you can contact the site support just by clicking on the button.
Be aware that if you do contact support for help with your account or site experience, they will ask for information to verify your identity. This protects you so that no one can contact them to try and access your profile.
Summary
I like SteamyMatches.com because of the active membership, the steady stream of new members, and the premium features. This isn’t necessarily a site I would use for a free membership since you can’t access much without paying. If you are willing to pay to upgrade, the site is a lot more fun. If you have privacy concerns and don’t want to use a credit or debit card, this is not the site for you, because they do not offer more discreet payment options at this time.
